Welcome Reception with Exhibitors
Friday, August 10 | 6:30-8:00 PM

Join us for an opening reception with the 2018 exhibitors and supporters on Friday evening in the exhibit hall. Take some time to visit with your colleagues and over 70 exhibiting companies. Beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be available.
This reception is included in the attendee registration fee. Guests and children are welcome to attend with the purchase of a guest badge.

Dessert Reception with Exhibitors
Saturday, August 11 | 2:15-3:00 PM

Conclude lunch the right way, with dessert! Join exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall for one last chance to meet with companies and learn their products, while enjoying a delicious dessert reception. An array of sweet treats, will surely please the palate. The exhibitor passport drawing, and prizes giveaway will take place at the end of the dessert reception.
This reception is included in the attendee registration fee. Guests and children are welcome to attend with the purchase of a guest badge.

ACOG District XII Section 6 members, you are invited to join your fellow Section members for a meet n’ greet reception. Catch up with old friends and meet new colleagues.

Fun Run 5K

Begin your day with a Healthy Start! Make plans to join ACOG District XII’s Junior Fellows for the third annual Fun Run! The 5K run will start at 6:00 AM on Saturday, August 11. The Junior Fellows are looking forward to another great turnout by District XII members interested in supporting a worthy cause. The funds raised from the Fun Run will be used to support the local Healthy Start Coalition in Florida. Healthy Start Coalitions assist pregnant women, interconception women, infants, and children up to age 3, to obtain the healthcare and social support needed to reduce the risks for poor maternal and child health outcomes. The Fun Run will be a great way to invest in your own health while supporting a good cause! Please sign up for the run when you register.

Legislative Luncheon
Saturday, August 11 | 1:00-2:15 PM

The Legislative Luncheon is organized by the ACOG District XII Committee on State Legislation and Professional Liability to update members on political and women's healthcare issues in the state of Florida.
The luncheon is free for ACOG District XII members; however non-ACOG District XII members and guests are welcome to attend, but they must purchase a ticket. Tickets are $65 for non-ACOG District XII members and guests and may be purchased when registering.

Junior Fellow/Medical Student Reception
Saturday, August 11 | 5:30–6:30 PM

Junior Fellows and Medical Students make plans to attend this reception and unwind after a busy day of learning. Light bites and drinks will be available.
This reception for Junior Fellows and Medical Students only.

Saturday Evening Dinner & Dance
Saturday, August 11 | 7:00-10:00 PM
Ticket Fees: $100/per person
$55/person for Medical Students & Junior Fellows ONLY

Make your Saturday evening plans now! Join us for a cocktail reception where you can mingle with old friends and colleagues as well as meet with new fellow attendees. You will then enjoy a relaxing dinner that includes an evening of entertainment and dancing!
This event is NOT included in the attendee registration fee. Each attendee and guest will need a ticket for this event. To purchase tickets, select the “Saturday Evening Dinner & Dance” ticket when registering.
