ACOG District XII 2014 ADM Course Evaluation/Claiming Credit

Course evaluation is a key component in determining the effectiveness of the College's Continuing Education courses. The College has implemented a process for evaluating our annual district meetings. As a participant, you will (1) complete the evaluation online and (2) print your certificate of attendance. The certificate will be available for three months after the meeting.

To complete the evaluation and print your certificate, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to

    ACOG members will need to use their College website login and password to access the site. If you have not registered for the member side of the College website, you will be prompted to do so when you log onto the above site. If you have forgotten your password please follow the instructions provided on the College website.

    Nonmembers will login the same as members, using the email address you provided upon registration, except your password will be ADM14.

    If you register onsite or did not provide an email address when you registered, you will need to contact ACOG staff at for assistance.

  2. Click on the Evaluate button next to your course listing.
  3. The course evaluation can only be completed at the end of the course. The entire evaluation must be completed before you click the submit button. If you click submit before you complete the entire evaluation you will not be able to go back into the system.
  4. Click on the Print Certificate button next to your course listing after submitting your evaluation. Please be mindful that completion of the online evaluation is mandatory in order to receive CME credit.
